FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Participation in the closed test is free.

Which Google Account should I use?

Join with the account used by Google Play on the Android device where you will install the test. Using a different account may prevent access to the Play testing page.

I joined the group but cannot install the app

Distribution is still being prepared. Once it starts, open the Play testing link on this page with the same Google Account you used to join the group. Enrollment may take some time to propagate.

What should I include in a bug report?

Please include your device model, Android version, the screen where it happened, the action immediately before it, and how often it occurs. Add a screenshot if possible, but never send personal data or credentials.

How do I leave the test?

Once distribution starts, leave through the Google Play testing page and leave the Google Group if desired. You can uninstall the app normally.

Can I send a non-testing inquiry?

Yes. The Google Group email above also accepts general inquiries about Corridor Rumble.
